Effective 2026-09-13. These terms are between you and DC Health Check LLC ("we").
Plans are billed monthly in advance by Stripe. Trials convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled. Cancel any time from the Stripe customer portal or by emailing us; access continues to the end of the paid period. No refunds for partial months except under the correction guarantee.
If you find a record that is wrong, tell us. We correct it or credit your account within five business days. Credits are our sole remedy for data errors.
The dataset is licensed to you for your own sales and marketing use. You may not resell, redistribute or publish it, and you may not use it to send unlawful communications. You are responsible for complying with CAN-SPAM, TCPA, state privacy laws and the laws of any country you contact. Seat limits apply per plan.
Records are gathered from public sources and verified as described in the methodology. We do not warrant completeness. Grades are transparency observations, not statements about any company's quality.
We may change these terms with 30 days' notice by email. We may suspend accounts that breach acceptable use. Tennessee law governs.
