When you request a sample, start a trial or subscribe we collect your name, work email, company and what you told us. We use it to deliver the product, answer you and send at most three follow-up emails about the sample; reply "no thanks" to any email and you are out the same day. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see card numbers. We do not use advertising trackers.
The dataset contains business information about companies and the roles people hold there — name, business title and employer — taken from the employer's own public website or public press. It contains no personal email addresses, phone numbers, home addresses or personal characteristics. If you are listed and want a correction or removal, use the removal form or write to the postal address above; we act within five business days and confirm by email.
Under the CCPA/CPRA you have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. Business contact information published by your employer may be treated as personal information under California law; selling access to it may constitute a "sale". To exercise any right, including Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information, use the request form — no account is needed and we do not discriminate for exercising rights. If selling personal information becomes a primary part of this business, DC Health Check LLC will register with the California Privacy Protection Agency's Data Broker Registry and post the registration number here.
Sample and trial requests are kept for 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Data is stored with Cloudflare (United States). We use HTTPS everywhere and restrict access to the people who operate the product.
