Know which 3PLs to call — and why — before your competitors do.

3PL Signals is a verified, operator-graded dataset of US third-party logistics and contract warehouses: the named operations leader, the systems they run, the footprint they disclose, and a weekly feed of the changes that open a sales conversation. Built for vendors who sell into warehouses.

Sample today: 50 verified operators across 38 states · 23 name their WMS or operating tech on their own site · 28 disclose footprint · every row links to its public source · verified 2026-09-12 – 2026-09-13

Who it is for

Sales and marketing leaders at companies that sell into 3PLs and warehouses: WMS and labor-management software, automation and robotics, systems integrators, MHE and racking dealers, conveyor and sortation, packaging and consumables, staffing, insurance, freight and parcel services, industrial real estate and consulting.

Territory planning

Filter by state, footprint, services and technology to find the operators worth a visit, with the operations leader named from their own site.

Competitive displacement

See which WMS, automation or carrier technology an operator names publicly — and get a signal when it changes.

Timing

New buildings, new clients announced, operations-leader changes and hiring surges are the moments budgets move. The Signals feed flags them weekly, each with its source and date.

The operator grade is a rubric, not an opinion

Named operations leadership on the company site (2 points) · WMS or operating technology named (1) · footprint disclosed (1) · multiple locations listed (1) · certifications or compliance stated (1). A = 5–6, B = 4, C = 3, D = 0–2. Grades describe what an operator discloses publicly — a transparency score that correlates with a serious sales conversation — never a judgment of competence. Questions we expect

How is this different from Apollo, ZoomInfo or Sales Navigator?

Those tools sell contacts across every industry. 3PL Signals covers one vertical — US 3PLs and contract warehouses — and adds what generic databases do not carry: the technology an operator names, its stated footprint and certifications, a transparent operator grade, and weekly change signals, each tied to a public source you can open.

Where does the data come from?

Public company websites, press releases, state business registries, job boards and public directories whose terms permit it. Nothing is scraped from sources that prohibit it, and nothing is inferred. Methodology.

Do you sell email addresses?

Subscriber plans include business contact routes only where they are published by the company itself, and records identify the roles people hold at their employer. Anyone listed can request a correction or removal on the removal page and we act within five business days.

Who is behind it?

3PL Signals is built and operated by DC Health Check LLC in Tennessee. The people who build it have run distribution-center operations; that is why the grade is a rubric of what an operator discloses, not a guess about how good they are.

What if a record is wrong?

Tell us. We correct it or credit your account within five business days. It is the only guarantee we make, and it is one we can keep.
